Watch this short video of Bralon Taplin using EFT tapping as part of his race preparations for the Mens 400m sprint at the 2016 Rio Olympics.

Tapping has taken Bralon a long way. He didn’t make it past the first round at the 2015 World Championships in Beijing. But at Rio he went all the way to the finals, finishing 7th.

In 2017 he set a national record in the 300m, and in 2018 became just the sixth man in history to break the 45-second record for the 400m indoors. He’s now ranked fifth on the world indoor all-time list. That’s just two places and 0.08ths of a second behind Kirani James, the 2012 Olympic champion.
