Christine's Famous Longevity Super Food Smoothie Recipe

Enough for 2 – 3 servings.

Add to blender:

1/2 cup ice cubes
1 banana (frozen is nice)
1/2 cup berries (frozen are cheaper)
1/2 cup mango (frozen)
1 1/2 cups almond milk or coconut milk
1/2 cup plain keifer
1 scoop hemp protein powder (Trader Joes)
1 scoop either Super Red or Super Green Drink powder (Trader Joes)
1 scoop Bone Broth Protein Powder (favorite is http://www.AncientNutrition.com)
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp maca powder
1 Tbs cacao nibs
1 Tbs flax seeds
1 Tbs hemp seeds
1 Tbs chia seeds
1 Tbs flax oil
Sprinkle cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla (non alcoholic variety)
A big handful of kale leaves

Blend on “crush ice” setting first, then on high for a minute.

You can save the extra in the fridge for a day.

Drink and feel good all day!
