I am a holistic practitioner and creative guide holding a warm and compassionate space for my clients to know themselves more fully. I want to support you to stay with, accept, and trust yourself. I create space for folks to self-soothe and cultivate self-compassion as they draw on their natural gifts and inner knowing. Connection to our inner resources and the ability to ground into the present moment are essential as we face our current world and seek collective liberation. My approach is practical, intuitive, and creative. I work with people struggling with stress, worry, overwhelm, and critical thoughts and folks with the desire to connect more deeply with their imagination and creativity. I bring a trauma-informed, anti-oppression lens to my work knowing the social structures we live within impact our well-being.
