My name is Christina, and I am a certified Energy Psychology and EFT Practitioner accredited through EFT Universe. Stress and anxiety are big issues in todays world, and growing - also with the young people. Sometimes you just give and give to the people around you - and you don't stop to feel your own needs. Often difficult emotions are numbed out with ex. chocolate, alcohol, smoking or drugs. My mission is to help you find, feel - and release those uncomfortable emotions, and to feel strong enough to help yourself, so that you can help others around you feeling emotionally strong and confident in yourself.
