I am a psychotherapist specializing in the treatment of Depression, Trauma and PTSD. I have both personal and professional experience dealing with both. There are many different types of depression ranging from relatively minor through to very severe. No matter what level of depression you are experiencing, depression is always disabling. Most commonly individuals suffering from depression feel shame, guilt, anger, intense sadness, loneliness, self-loathing and many other destructive emotions.
