Life is full of joys, challenges, transitions, and opportunities for growth. EFT is an amazing tool to assist us in resolving the painful spots of our history, living more fully in the present, and achieving a happier and healthier tomorrow. After experiencing the profound effect that EFT and other mind-body modalities have had on my own life and on family and friends, I knew that as a therapist this would be one of the best ways of being and healing that I could share with clients. I have had the privilege to use EFT successfully with clients for issues such as depression, anxiety, phobias, trauma and abuse, physical symptoms and fatigue, relationship issues, performance improvement, family of origin and childhood difficulties, cravings and food-related issues, anger, grief, and parenting.
