My diverse range of experience allows me to support and empower you to move through difficult and challenging life events. I am a clinical social worker and psychotherapist with over 30 years' experience in working with individuals, families and groups. I provide brief and longer term evidence-based therapy to help people understand relational patterns and create positive change in their lives. I am trained in relational psychotherapy, which I integrate with active strategies to help people regulate their trauma symptoms. I tailor the therapy models I use to suit each person I work with. I work with respect for people and their coping abilities. I also offer EFT (tapping) which is an evidence-based energy method used to quickly reduce stress and trauma. I am an EFTUniverse certified practitioner. I offer both online and face to face appointments.
