I'm passionate about alternative methods to help others develop and enjoy their true purpose. In my practice, I combine my corporate Human Resources experience and different methods as Clinical EFT, Coaching Psychology, and Yoga. I have seen an increase in stress and anxiety levels and lack of effective tools and resources available in the workplace and in general to support this issue. I personally struggled with high stress levels and anxiety, and this has led me to become an advocate of mental health and wellness. My goal is to empower you to find your true purpose by working on limiting beliefs, core issues, and blocks that are not allowing you to succeed.
