Being stressed out and unable to change isn't your fault. Nobody ever taught you how to think or how to handle your emotions. Change can almost be easy if you get the mind and heart aligned first! My journey in alignment came after a difficult childhood culminating in my mother's suicide at 19. I suffered with that until I discovered how to heal from it after finding EFT 17 years later. After 20 years using and helping others with EFT, and much more personal development and mindset training, I now assist and facilitate conferences and masterminds. I love partnering with professional men and women of faith for greater influence in the world, through enlightened thoughts, healed emotions, improved physical habits, and deepened spiritual strength. I love to cheer, encourage, and celebrate your success. I have published articles in major EFT publications and enjoy being a guest writer and contributor to fellow coaches courses and programs. I am a wife, mom, and nanna and enjoy time with my family and lunch with friends, travel, real estate investing, and early morning walks.
