I use my 20+ year experience in integrative health, psychotherapy, energy work, bodywork and life coaching to support you on your trajectory of healing, growth, and self-actualization. I have worked with over 8000 clients and have taught over 300 therapists, coaches, and other helping professionals how to use EFT. My intention is to create space for profound yet gentle transformation, whether you desire business or creative success, physical healing, relationship satisfaction, or you simply want to be happier, calmer, and more loving. I see clients (adults only) at my Maryland office, on the phone, or via teleconferencing. If you are interested in trainings, I offer 1-, 2-, and 3-day live experiential workshops (CE credits for mental health professionals, massage therapists, and nurses are available).
