As an NYC based jazz musician, my life centers around about listening, connecting and improvising. It's also made me intimately familiar with stresses of self-employment, fast-paced life, working in a competitive field and much more. I see emotional work as an art form like music, and I've been working with individuals and groups for over 7 years in a variety of modalities. EFT has proven particularly effective not only for myself, but others ranging from musicians to executives to teenagers. I focus on a compassionate approach that works with our body, mind and nervous system without trying to 'fix' or change, which paradoxically creates faster results.
