In 2007, while going through a very difficult period of my life, I was given the EFT Manual (by Gary Craig). Since then I have successfully “tapped” for many life challenges such as weight, food and craving issues, performance anxiety for piano and singing, and to relieve the types of emotional intensity that can linger as anger, guilt, shame, sadness and fears surrounding memories from difficult events. I have found a real enjoyment and reward in being able to work with others now to bring them the kind of relief and positive progress in their lives that I have been able to achieve in my own.
