I help women who are worried about their health due to their weight. But struggle to lose weight or can’t keep the weight off. Using tools that go beyond diet and exercise. I help them so they can reach their healthy weight and maintain it for the long term. I work with clients online usually via Zoom. I struggled with weight for 40 years, until back in 2018 I used EFT to help me to lose over 70 pounds (over 5 stone, over 31.75 kilos).
