I first trained in EFT in 2006 and later became certified with EFT Universe. I'm a Holistic Counsellor, using Clinical EFT and Trauma-Sensitive HeartMath. I mainly work with clients experiencing stress and overwhelm, anxiousness, and most forms of trauma. I work online via Skype and Zoom. Originally born in the UK, I emigrated to Aotearoa New Zealand as a child. I have lived in the Wellington region ever since. I'm deeply passionate about helping people in any area they feel stuck.
