I am a London-based psychotherapist, couples counsellor and writer, who offers tapping as a part of the holistic way in which i work. I work with clients globally both as a psychotherapist and tapping coach. I am passionate about tapping and use it daily to help me in my own life. My aim in working with clients is to help clear the obstacles to enable them to be able to listen to themselves, to be true to themselves and to become fully authentic. I believe the ultimate goal of therapy and coaching is to facilitate clients to become their own therapist! I am the author of The Phone Addiction Workbook and am regularly called upon to comment on issues relating to well-being, relationships, and the challenges of modern life in the media and have been quoted in news outlets such as The Daily Telegraph, The Guardian, The Times, The Financial Times, The Independent, The Economist, Forbes, Newsweek, Bloomberg Newswire, The Irish Times, Vice, Cosmopolitan, Psychologies, and Women’s Health and been interviewed on the BBC (Woman’s Hour, Moral Maze and BBC News and BBC Worldwide), NBC, CBS, RTE, ITV, and London Live. In addition, I have contributed to six books: the best-selling The Unexpected Joy of Being Sober, The Unexpected Joy of Being Single and The Unexpected Joy of the Ordinary (all by Catherine Gray), Lonely Planet’s 100 Ways to Live Well, How to Listen by The Samaritans and How to Work without losing your Mind by Cate Sevilla.
