I am Nicole Ivens, a Professional and Registered Counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association and Clinical EFT Practitioner. I specialise in supporting mums of high needs children supporting them to thrive and move out of survival mode and into what I like to call thrival mode. As a high needs mum myself I know the demands that are put on you and how finding time for yourself and your own healing and self-care can be very challenging.
