I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Certified EFT Practitioner. I help adults recover from childhood and adult trauma with the use of body centered therapies. People who have experienced trauma are often doing the very best they know how to deal with the emotional, psychological, and physiological response to what has happened to them. They often don't realize the struggles they are having in their lives can be linked to things that have happened in the past. They try to change their behavior with little to no success, or easily fall back into old habits. Unresolved trauma often negatively affects our relationships, careers, physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
