EFT tapping has given me with a life changing tool that supports me daily to be the best I can be; to feel calmer, clearer and happier. Becoming an EFT Practitioner gifts me the opportunity to support others in their individual healing journey and self growth. I am also an Early Childhood Teacher of 31 years and the passion I have for the developing child has taught me to acknowledge the significance of experiences, memories, trauma and how early life experiences shape us and our subconscious. EFT can be effective to any age group. I look forward to working with you, facilitating your growth by reducing stress, anxiety, trauma responses and belief systems that do not serve your highest and happiest self.
