Rose believes that there is a strong correlation between mind and the body. Our thoughts lead to emotions which can affect our health and quality of life. Relieving stress can help minimize discomfort in the body. Rose”s EFT specializes in helping people with pain, stress, fitness, body image, health, fears, public speaking and business. Her extensive experience in these key areas along with education and certification allows her to understand these concerns in clients. Rose is a Certified Personal Trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and a Certified Health and Wellness Coach through Wellcoaches. She holds the Exercise is Medicine credential from ACSM which enables her to work with people that have chronic conditions. Rose has a BS in Business Administration from Western Governors University. Rose is also certified as an Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner (EFT) and Reiki Level 2. She is also a professional speaker, Distinguished Toastmaster and author.
