My journey through grief, loss, and emotional trauma led me to the healing modalities I now share with clients. The eventual balance and transformation I achieved was through the process of looking inward and working through trauma. My favorite quote, “No Mud, No Lotus," by Thich Nhat Hanh, is a constant reminder that growing through the “mud” of suffering can bring about great beauty, transformation, and balance in our lives. My EFT certification was obtained through EFT Universe, which is the largest accredited training program in the world. I graduated from the University of Northern Colorado where I studied Human Communication and Psychology.   I am deeply passionate about the power of EFT in helping others work through emotional pain toward balance and transformation in their lives.
