I am a Certified EFT practitioner and kinesiologist, passionate about supporting people to free themselves emotionally of past hurts, trauma and stories, in order for them to leave the past behind and uncover their true essence - creating a life of new possibilities. Having used this modality personally to heal from depression and anxiety, I know only too well the simplicity and effectiveness of EFT. The areas I am particularly drawn to working in are: relationships, family/marital issues, anxiety and self image. I look forward to connecting with you and facilitating your greatest potential.
