Cosmic Media, a personal development marketing and management company, and Energy Psychology Group, which offers a range of psychological wellness programs, have formed a strategic alliance.

Energy Psychology Group is one of the leading organizations providing natural healing methods to individuals, organizations, and societies. The two primary modalities it teaches are Emotional Freedom Techniques or EFT, which combines acupressure with cognitive therapies, and EcoMeditation, a science-based relaxation method.

Over 100 studies show EFT to be an “evidence-based” technique for many mental and physical health conditions, including phobias, PTSD, anxiety, depression, pain, fibromyalgia, and obesity. Energy Psychology Group’s primary web site, EFTuniverse.com, offers online courses, live trainings, and a state-of-the-art certification program based on the “active and collaborative” learning model developed by Harvard.

Cosmic Media is bringing together some 40 companies in the personal development field in order to share their best practices and grow their businesses together. Among the notable brands in the group are Greater Minds, Vision Works Coaching, Zen Harmonics, Go Big Coach, Life Design, and Inspire3.

No organizational changes are planned at EFT Universe other than continuing to expand the existing training and education department. The existing EFT training, which is accredited for Continuing Medical Education credits (CME) for doctors (American Medical Association), nurses (American Nurses Credentialing Commission) and psychologists (American Psychological Association), will continue as before.

The strategic alliance is the first step toward the goal of bringing these personal growth tools to a bigger audience. In one to two years, Cosmic Media will position itself for a merger with a major international communications corporation. The goal of both Church and Myers is to bring EFT, meditation, and other transformational practices to a global audience.
