All refund requests should be emailed to our Support Team, with the subject line (Course Title) refund request.
Unless otherwise noted on this page, a full refund will be granted, no questions asked, for all courses within 14 days of purchase. The refund will be issued back to the original form of payment. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to post to your account. If you do not see it on your next statement, please call the customer support number on the back of your payment card or check with your bank.
As the Ultimate EFT Certification Program is a professional-level course that grants a Certification upon completion, it is not refundable or cancellable once checkout is completed. By checking out with a payment plan, you commit to paying the plan in full. No prorated refunds are allowed if the course is not completed.
Yearly plans can be canceled within the first 14 days after purchase. After this period, no refund is allowed. Month to month plans can be canceled at any time, and billing will cease after the current paid month. Retroactive refunds are not possible.
Physical items, such as books, are not refundable and not returnable. Please inform us of any item that has not arrived after 3 weeks (6 weeks for international orders) so that follow up can be completed with the delivery carrier and a replacement item sent if necessary. After 3 months have elapsed, no replacement item or refund will be issued.
