EFT for Fibromyalgia, Lyme's Disease, and Autoimmune Diseases

EFT Fibromyalgia Front72dpi

Fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome are devastating conditions which affect many aspects of the lives of those suffering from them. We also include Lyme's Disease and autoimmune diseases in this category because the symptoms, such as fatigue and muscular soreness, can be very similar, and Lyme's is often misdiagnosed as fibromyalgia or chronic fatigue.

I have worked with many people who've successfully used EFT for these three conditions as well as autoimmune diseases. Sometimes they've experienced complete remission; other times, EFT has successfully addressed symptoms like pain. A randomized controlled trial performed at Sweden's Lund University examined the effects of EFT on fibromyalgia sufferers taking an online course. It found significant improvements in pain, depression, and anxiety. The results and methods of this study have now been incorporated into an online EFT program called FibroClear, and you are welcome to enroll in this 12-week course. The book EFT for Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue summarizes the approaches that sufferers have found most useful, and is also highly recommended.

To improve your knowledge of using EFT for these diseases, we recommend you attend an EFT workshop. There is no substitute for hands-on instruction in how to get the most out of EFT, and you'll find workshops by me and other expert trainers listed here. You can also type in your particular concern into the search engine, and find stories of others who've used EFT successfully for fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue. We also recommend you connect with others in our Fibromyalgia, CFIDS, Lyme and Autoimmune Disease Discussion Group which I moderate. There, you can ask questions and make comments. Below are a few of the many case histories showing how sufferers have used EFT for these conditions. We are here to support you!
